These deadlines start from the date of dispatch of the order. They are understood in working days and can therefore change and be extended depending on situations such as Covid-19.

The Customer will be informed by e-mail of the taking charge and the delivery number by the carrier. To follow the delivery of his order in real time, he will be selected for their fresh, sparkling and exotic notes to go to the carrier's website (see below).

If the Customer cannot take physical possession of the order on the scheduled delivery date, he may:
Shipping costs are not included in the order price and are added to it at the time of order confirmation and payment.
Product delivery costs will be calculated from the amount spent and taking into account the country of destination.

For any order to other countries of the European Union of an amount higher or equal to ninety euros (90€) of purchases, the expenses of delivery are offered with the carrier COLISSIMO EXPERT only.
Upon delivery of the order, the Customer must examine the correspondence and the condition of his order in the presence of the carrier and formulate, where appropriate, any essential reservations concerning obvious defects such as a non-existent product or a damaged package.
The Customer is invited to contact our customer service by email Maison Shiiba within fourteen (14) working days following receipt of the products. Any claim made after this period will be considered unacceptable, if there is no legitimate reason.
In accordance with the provisions of Articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the Customer may withdraw his order within 14 days without stating his reasons from the day of obtaining the product(s) ordered, the date appearing on the carrier's receipt signed by the Customer as proof.
In case of split delivery, the delivery date of the last item will be included.
When this period of fourteen (14) days ends on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the following working day.
The right of cancellation only applies to non-professionals and consumers.
As a reminder, only non-customizable or personalized products are concerned by the right of withdrawal
The Customer must express his unequivocal desire to withdraw. In order to facilitate the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer, Maison Shiiba recommends that you send us your request via mail with the subject: Withdrawal + order number.
Although its use is recommended, since it avoids misunderstandings as to the purpose of the request, the Customer is not obliged to use it for withdrawal. In any case, the Customer must express his will to cancel the contract in a clear and unambiguous way.
No doubt should remain.
You must send the new product with its original cover. Maison Shiiba will not make any refund if the Products returned by the customer do not correspond to the product(s) ordered or have an origin other than those on the site maisonshiiba.fr .
The customer will bear the cost of the return.
The customer will then be refunded upon receipt of the product (s)
If there is an error in the logistics or personalization department, Maison Shiiba will send the shipping label, Colissimo or DHL EXPRESS, prepaid to the Customer before returning the order for exchange or return. The Customer will then have to drop off the package at the corresponding collection point (Colissimo or DHL EXPRESS) of his choice.
Maison Shiiba will refund the returned products (excluding customizable and/or personalized products), excluding delivery costs by crediting the bank card used for payment. In the event of a partial return of the products, the delivery costs will not be refunded by Maison Shiiba to the extent that the Customer has benefited from the delivery service for the products kept. The refund will be made within a maximum of fourteen (14) days after the return of the products or the date on which the customer has presented proof of shipment of the products (the chosen date being that of the first of these facts).
Complaints relating to products ordered on the Site, including those aimed at the exchange of products following an error, are handled exclusively through the site's after-sales service, which can be contacted via mail.
The Maison Shiiba showroom as well as all the retailers of our products can in no case be solicited for complaints related to an order on our site.
Maison Shiiba cannot be held responsible for the non-performance or incomplete performance of any of its obligations if the poor performance of the contract results from a case of force majeure as defined by law, from the act itself or from the unexpected and difficult act of a third party to the contract.
The Products must be used in accordance with the instructions for use accompanying each Product.
The modification of the Product, its transformation, its misuse or use not in accordance with these recommendations may create damages for which Maison Shiiba cannot be held responsible.
Maison Shiiba does not offer any guarantees other than the legal ones.
Maison Shiiba is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity and that relating to the defects of the thing sold.
The customer is invited to examine the compliance of the products received in execution of his order and, in case of noted failure, to contact the customer service. Maison Shiiba will take care of the customer and will inform him/her about the return and replacement or refund procedure. In case of non-conformity or proven defect, the cost of returning the product is borne by Maison Shiiba.
If the product cannot be replaced or implemented within a period of one (1) month from receipt of the defective product by Maison Shiiba, the customer will then have the choice between:
